De bestaande zorginstellingen zijn te grootschalig, te onpersoonlijk, en vaak ver weg. De wachtlijsten zijn lang. Het tekort is schrijnend.<\/p>\n<p>In plaats van af te wachten, nemen wij het heft in eigen handen. Wij voeren gesprekken met soortgelijke initiatieven, o.a. Huizer-maatjes (inmiddels succesvol gerealiseerd in Huizen) en Villa Emma in Bussum \u2014 en hun ervaringen en lessen meegenomen in ons plan.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;1_2&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0We hebben twee stichtingen opgericht: \u00e9\u00e9n voor het vastgoed, \u00e9\u00e9n voor de zorg via zelfwerkgeverschap. We hebben gesprekken gevoerd met wethouder Huisvesting, die ons heeft uitgedaagd zelf locaties te onderzoeken. Dat hebben wij gedaan: 13 locaties onderzocht, vier kansrijke opties in beeld gebracht.<\/p>\n<p>Woongroep Gooische Haven is geen papieren plan. Het is een concrete, goed doordachte organisatie met betrokken ouders, juridische structuur en een helder financieel model.<\/p>\n<p>De bewoners betalen huur uit hun Wajong-uitkering. Zorg wordt gefinancierd vanuit PGB-budgetten.
